In the Fran­ken­vor­stadt dis­trict of Stral­sund, more pre­cis­ely in Rei­fer­bahn, a new resi­den­tial quar­ter is being built — Quar­tier Rei­fer­bahn. A total of 10 new resi­den­tial buil­dings with a total of 151 resi­den­tial units are to be built there. 

The pre­vious deve­lo­p­ment in Rei­fer­bahn dates back to the 1950s and was built for the shi­py­ard workers at the time. Howe­ver, they now had to be demo­lished. It would not have been fea­si­ble to reno­vate these buil­dings to today’s standards. 

Stral­sun­der Woh­nungs­bau­ge­sell­schaft mbH is inves­t­ing in the new resi­den­tial deve­lo­p­ment on Rei­fer­bahn and has initi­ally invi­ted ten­ders for the con­s­truc­tion of 5 hou­ses. AUGUST REINERS Bau­un­ter­neh­mung GmbH in Wol­gast was awarded the con­tract for the shell con­s­truc­tion work on hou­ses A + B and C at the end of May 2024. Com­ple­tion of our scope of ser­vices is plan­ned for March 2025.
