The offi­cial inau­gu­ra­tion of the “Julia von Bodel­schwingh Haus” at Pill­kal­ler Allee 2, Ber­lin, took place on Fri­day, Febru­ary 16, 2024, in suns­hine and around 15 °C. Ideal con­di­ti­ons for such an event. A total of 120 par­ti­ci­pants had regis­tered for the inauguration. 

Ms. Möl­hen­rich-Krü­ger (Head of Elderly Care) wel­co­med the guests to the inau­gu­ra­tion of the “Julia von Bodel­schwingh Haus”. Fol­lo­wing the words of reflec­tion by Pas­tor Wag­ner-Ping­géra, those pre­sent and guests sang the song “Wer nur den lie­ben Gott lässt wal­ten” (Who only lets God rule). Other spea­k­ers included Mr. Wulff (Mana­ging Direc­tor of Hoff­nungs­ta­ler Stif­tung Lobe­tal), Pas­tor Pohl, Ms. Kochen (Gabriele Fink Foun­da­tion) and Mr. Fleisch­mann (Immo­bi­lis).

In his speech, Mr. Wulff prai­sed the good, fair and pro­fes­sio­nal atmo­sphere bet­ween the cli­ent and the con­s­truc­tion com­pa­nies. AUGUST REINERS rea­li­zed the pro­ject tog­e­ther with the Prehn com­pany as a turn­key con­sor­tium.
After the num­e­rous spee­ches, the red rib­bon was cere­mo­niously cut, the key made of bread dough (baked by a bak­ery from Ber­nau — later to be eaten on the buf­fet) and the house bles­sing presented.

Before the hun­gry guests could tuck into the buf­fet, ever­yone had the oppor­tu­nity to tour the buil­ding in small groups.
