In Are­n­sburg­strasse on the cor­ner of Kirch­bach­strasse in Bre­men-Schwach­hau­sen, a new buil­ding with nine con­do­mi­ni­ums was com­ple­ted in fall 2019.

The archi­tec­ture is modern yet blends in with the sur­roun­ding buil­dings. While the shape and color of the front buil­ding with its anthr­acite pit­ched roof blends in with the faca­des on Kirch­bach­strasse, the rear buil­ding with its flat roof echoes the roof shape of the buil­dings on Arensburgstrasse. 

The large mix of apart­ments and the high-qua­lity fur­nis­hings of the nine units now offer the ideal con­di­ti­ons for beau­tiful living and future-proof letting.
