The Annual Gene­ral Mee­ting and Super­vi­sory Board mee­ting of HEGEMANN-REINERS Akti­en­ge­sell­schaft took place on June 25, 2024. The Super­vi­sory Board and Annual Gene­ral Mee­ting than­ked the Manage­ment Board and all employees for their con­tin­ued suc­cessful work in the past finan­cial year. 

The term of office of Super­vi­sory Board mem­bers Dipl.-Ing. Vol­ker Hart­mann (Chair­man) and Dr. jur. Wolf­gang Bayer (Deputy Chair­man) ended in accordance with the Artic­les of Asso­cia­tion. In its fare­well, the Annual Gene­ral Mee­ting paid tri­bute to the many years of ser­vice of both mem­bers and their loyal com­mit­ment over the past deca­des. Mr. Julius Kra­mer and Mr. Thors­ten Bode were newly appoin­ted. Mr. Kris­tian Lud­wig and Mr. Ralf Pas­lack remain mem­bers of the Super­vi­sory Board. Mr. Kris­tian Lud­wig was elec­ted Chair­man of the Super­vi­sory Board and Mr. Julius Kra­mer was elec­ted Deputy Chairman.

Repre­sen­ta­ti­ves of our share­hol­ders, the Det­lef Hege­mann Foun­da­tion, are Ms. Heike Ahrens-Kulen­kampff and Prof. Cle­mens Bon­nen as well as Ms. Heike Ahrens-Kulen­kampff tog­e­ther with Prof. Dr. Diet­rich Gras­hoff for the Ursula Hege­mann Foundation.
