At the begin­ning of Sep­tem­ber 2022, AUGUST REINERS won the ten­der for the con­s­truc­tion pro­ject to reac­ti­vate the Stil­ler­zeile 100 school site in Ber­lin-Fried­richs­ha­gen.
Con­s­truc­tion work began in the same month, alt­hough it is still ongoing.

The con­s­truc­tion pro­ject invol­ves the upgrading of cei­lings for the buil­ding ser­vices instal­la­ti­ons (sani­tary, ven­ti­la­tion, ELT, ele­va­tor, etc.) in the old buil­ding of the pri­mary school. On the south side, an exten­sion of approx. 100 m² will be built on a total of 5 storeys. In addi­tion, the north side will have a 1‑storey exten­sion for a can­teen with kit­chen and a 4‑storey exten­sion for sani­tary facilities. 

On June 15, 2023, the cei­ling cele­bra­tion was held on the occa­sion of the last cei­ling con­cre­ting. The con­s­truc­tion period for the shell of the pro­ject las­ted from August 2022 to June 2023.
