Here we would like to pre­sent a cur­rent Deut­sche Bahn pro­ject that AR Sanie­rung is hand­ling with its ARGE part­ner, BuM Her­ten. The pro­ject has been run­ning since April of this year and is expec­ted to be com­ple­ted in July. AUGUST REINERS is respon­si­ble for the tech­ni­cal manage­ment, our con­sor­tium part­ner is BuM Beton- und Monier­bau GmbH & Co. KG.
The pro­ject invol­ves the reno­va­tion of the Rüß­dorf tun­nel on the sin­gle-track line 6269 bet­ween Berga (Els­ter) and Greiz sta­ti­ons. For the rene­wal, a shot­crete inner lining and ver­ges, a com­ple­tely new drai­nage sys­tem and new por­tal struc­tures are being built as a facing construction. 

Other tasks and chal­lenges that await us in the pro­ject are:

• Buil­ding in exis­ting buildings
• Plan­ning during construction
• Short con­s­truc­tion time of 3 months
• Signi­fi­cant chall­enge with per­son­nel in con­ti­nuous operation
