Nine enti­cing con­do­mi­ni­ums have been built on Saar­brü­cke­ner Straße in Bre­men-Schwach­hau­sen. The stag­ge­red new build was con­s­truc­ted on the small plot of land bet­ween Sep­tem­ber 2016 and Decem­ber 2017. The con­s­truc­tion pro­ject offers a cen­tral yet quiet loca­tion and attrac­tive floor plans. 

The archi­tec­ture of the new deve­lo­p­ment is tim­e­l­ess and repre­sen­ta­tive. At the same time, its plas­ter façade is based on the cha­rac­te­ristic neigh­bor­ing buil­dings. The light façade color has a fri­endly, invi­ting effect and the floor-to-cei­ling win­dows bring ple­nty of light into the apart­ments. The stag­ge­ring of two full storeys and two stag­ge­red storeys, each set back again, ear­ned the buil­ding pro­ject the nick­name “Tört­chen”.

The nine apart­ments with various attrac­tive floor plans were sold indi­vi­du­ally before the shell of the buil­ding was com­ple­ted and now offer buy­ers a high-qua­lity and cen­tral new home.
