The “Gru­sche­weg School Cam­pus” is a new turn­key con­s­truc­tion of a pri­mary school cam­pus in the muni­ci­pa­lity of Neu­en­ha­gen near Ber­lin. The cam­pus will con­sist of a 3‑stream ele­men­tary school, an after-school care cen­ter, a 3‑field sports hall with sports faci­li­ties and sports field as well as asso­cia­ted out­door faci­li­ties.
Our scope of ser­vices includes plan­ning, con­s­truc­tion, inte­rim finan­cing and the pro­vi­sion of adjus­t­ment and main­ten­ance ser­vices within the exten­ded war­ranty peri­ods.
Com­ple­tion of the entire pro­ject with a con­tract value of EUR 36,000,000 is plan­ned for 2024.
