The top­ping-out cerem­ony for the com­ple­tion of the shell con­s­truc­tion work on the ARGE upbeat con­s­truc­tion pro­ject in Ber­lin took place on Febru­ary 6, 2025. With a con­s­truc­tion time of approx. 27 months, the star-shaped buil­ding with three com­pon­ents of 5, 11 and 19 flo­ors with a total height of 82 m was completed. 

AUGUST REINERS Bau­un­ter­neh­mung GmbH Ber­lin car­ried out the shell con­s­truc­tion work as a joint ven­ture with WOLFF & MÜLLER, Ber­lin, and so the top­ping-out speech was also given by a com­bi­na­tion of three fore­men from both com­pa­nies. Other spea­k­ers included Mr. Löcker from our cli­ent CA Immo Deutsch­land, Mr. Hacke as a mem­ber of the DKB board as the future ten­ant of the buil­ding and Prof. Klei­hues as a repre­sen­ta­tive of the renow­ned Ber­lin archi­tec­tu­ral firm Klei­hues + Klei­hues, which was respon­si­ble for both the design and exe­cu­tion planning. 

Accor­ding to the cur­rent sche­dule, the fur­ther expan­sion is to take place by the begin­ning of 2026, so that the buil­ding can then form the “nor­t­hern tower” at the cor­ner of Hei­de­straße and Per­le­ber­ger Straße at the ent­rance to Europacity.
