The base­ment of a detached house in Neu­sorg was equip­ped with a com­bi­na­tion of Sika Com­bi­flex TF Sys­tem and Sika Proof fresh con­crete com­po­site sys­tem to ensure a hig­her qua­lity use. Sika Proof A + was initi­ally pre-instal­led on the peri­me­ter insu­la­tion before the floor slab was con­cre­ted. After con­cre­ting the floor slab and the pre­cast wall areas, the wall sur­faces in the slope area were sea­led with the Sika Proof P12 sys­tem and the con­s­truc­tion joints and butt joints with the Sika­dur Com­bi­flex TF sys­tem. An unbeata­ble, coor­di­na­ted over­all package.
