WHO WE ARE

The head­quar­ters of our group of com­pa­nies is loca­ted in Bre­men, where the foun­da­tion stone of the HEGEMANN-REINERS GROUP was laid over 100 years ago by August Rei­ners. Over time, our busi­ness areas have been expan­ded and con­ti­nuously deve­lo­ped. This stra­tegy goes back to Det­lef Hege­mann, who mana­ged and suc­cessfully expan­ded the group for over 45 years. The prin­ci­ple of con­ti­nuous deve­lo­p­ment is still an essen­tial buil­ding block for us today: we stand for expe­ri­ence, inno­va­tion and diversification.

To ensure effi­ci­ent manage­ment of our group of com­pa­nies, hig­her-level func­tions are mana­ged at our head­quar­ters in Bre­men by the cen­tral Accoun­ting & Con­trol­ling, Cor­po­rate Gover­nance, Purcha­sing, IT, Mar­ke­ting and Human Resour­ces departments.

The ope­ra­ting busi­ness is mana­ged inde­pendently by the respec­tive manage­ment of the sub­si­dia­ries accor­ding to the prin­ci­ple “As decen­tra­li­zed as pos­si­ble, as cen­tra­li­zed as necessary”.

We know that we can only be suc­cessful tog­e­ther. Trust in the lea­der­ship skills of our manage­ment team the­r­e­fore forms the basis of our lea­der­ship culture.
